We have been using Sarabia’s Portable Jons & Blue Sanitation since 2005 on FT Bliss Army Airfield, McGregor Range and surrounding areas.  I cannot remember a single instance when we did not reach a resolutions, whether it is for supplying portable units, or hand washing units in general.

Over the years we’ve employed Sarabia’s services in a variety of different ways, from a specific job basis to emergency cleaning to a last minute first response call, and everything they have done for this organization has worked to the needs of this organization. Really, I can’t say enough – the sales staff and drivers are commensurate professionals who literally will not rest until they achieve our objectives and theirs.  The combination of their stringent standards of quality and impeccable ethics has combined to result in continuous services of our gates over the years.

Sarabia's has provided portable toilets to the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation for six years. During that time we have found your service to be superior to any previous vendor. The units have been delivered on time, without exception.

Your office staff has been extremely accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. You have responded to our emergency requests in a timely manner. You have rectified any complaints we have received from the public the same day.

The billing has always been correct and any questions we might have had have always been addressed to our satisfaction. Your office hours are one of the service features that have really helped us. Whereas, some vendors do not open until 9am, you open at 7am that is a great benefit to us.

In addition, you have email, voice mail, and you have provided us the after hours numbers and the cell phones of your staff. All these items are additional benefits. I have dealt with portable sanitation vendors who do not even have an answering machine, necessitating multiple calls to try to reach someone.
I would recommend your service to any City of El Paso Department.
